This issue comes when phone does not have GPS location set. Novopay Application needs to know the GPS location of all its users, hence, it mandates that transaction cannot be used unless a location is found in the phone.


To solve this problem:

1. Turn on the GPS.

2. Go to Google Maps, click on "My Location" icon on bottom-right corner.

3. Wait for few seconds

4. Restart novopay app

5. Retry the transaction
